Truth is SOOO much funnier than fiction

OK I could make up a story that Luke threw a toy at me, I fell down or Rob hit me but none of those would be as funny as the truth. My Dad decided I should learn to shoot. We started with the BB gun and Pellet gun. Short of "your gonna shoot your eye out" What could go wrong???
I am generally not a klutz, but we all have our moments. Well I am right handed, but left eye dominant. So shooting the Pellet gun(with a scope) was hard to do. To be able to see through the scope I was in a weird position. Anyways one time I shot and my eye was to close to the scope and I actually gave myself a black eye. It's ok you can laugh it is pretty funny!

My dad didn't want me going home with a bad experience so he took me to the shooting range. I shot a lot of different guns and did good. My dad was smart though, he left all the scopes at home!

Merry Christmas to you guys!! :) We haven't gotten our Christmas Cards out yet either. Oh well! Oh, and Thad wants to know how you did this with a pellet gun! :) Hope it heals quickly!

I didn't think that there was any truth to 'you're going to shoot your eye out' - apparently there is! I didn't know that you blackened your eye - what a week!! Hope the New Year is off to a better start!

This is a funny picture. I am like you, right handed and left eye dominant. makes shooting a bow interesting too. I hope it feels ok, can't wait to see it tomorrow...at 9AM!!

We just watched the christmas movie. Dan laughed so hard. We hope your eye gets better soon. I didn't even notice it. I hope it doesn't hurt too much.
