Pinky is here!

Well the store made it's goal and on Rob's first day back to work after his vacation his hair got dyed. Okay so Rob is about 15 years behind me on the pink hair phase, but everyone needs a pink hair phase right? Everyone gave me advice on how to keep pillowcases/towels clean (as if I don't know how hair dye works). Unfortunately it is already starting to fade, but it was funny to see him with pink hair.

Visalia Adventure Park

Jeremy's birthday was coming up while he was in Visalia (really we just used that as an excuse to have a little fun). The entire family went for a birthday party at Visalia Adventure Park.

Everyone loved the go kart track. Even Grandma and Grandpa got in on the fun. We did have one accident. Ryan crashed into the divider on the track. He was shaken up and had marks on his neck from the seatbelt, but was a trooper and took another ride before we went home.

Since it was a hot day the bumper boats were very popular. All the kids had a lot of fun.

Cousins

The boys have been waiting so long for their cousins to come and visit. This is almost all of them that came (Bradin was taking a nap). My brother's family in Idaho wasn't able to make the trip. We missed them, but my family is always a houseful.

Will Robert look like this?

Robert is in charge of the credit Ap goal this month. As a special incentive if the store makes its goal this month Robert is dying his hair bright pink. To motivate his employees we made a chart with this picture and how many credit ap's we still need. Since I am not a stranger to bright pink hair (anyone who didn't know me as a teenager probably doesn't know this about me), I am completely for it and even picked the color myself. I will post real pictures if the store makes its goal.

"WATER! WATER! WATER!"

On the last day of cub scout day camp they had a BBQ. At the end of the day a fire truck came in to spray all the day campers off. They raised the ladder as high as it would go and then to shouts of "Wa-ter! Wa-ter! Wa-ter". They turned the hose on and sprayed the kids below. They had tons of fun and Luke is still talking about the fire truck that sprayed him.

Cub Scout Day Camp

This year Jake got to go to Day Camp for the first time. It was at a park not to far from our house and he had soooo much fun. He got to make lots of little projects although I think he hated sanding all the wood. His favorite by far was doing archery and shooting BB guns. Trevor, Luke and I went to help out with a craft one day. HIs friend Eli was his buddy all week (scouts use the buddy system) and then came to play a few afternoons at our house - Jake was in heaven.
